Responsibilities
Lead the technical strategy and architecture of existing and future products
Oversee the development team, mentoring and scaling tech capabilities
Drive the design and development of web and mobile-based platforms
Collaborate with the founding team on product design, features, and scalability
Evaluate and implement best practices in software development and DevOps
Play a core role in shaping the business roadmap
Represent IdeoMetriX in stakeholder discussions, tech partnerships, and events
